How it works
- 1. Enrol and receive instant access to the course player.
- 2. Work through the video lessons, reading cards and checklists module by module.
- 3. Complete the interactive passenger-safety tasks and short knowledge checks.
- 4. Pass the AI-proctored final assessment and receive your certificate.
Interactive tasks
Realistic scenarios set in the passenger spaces where your crew actually work.
Lifejacket demonstration task
Walk a virtual passenger through correct lifejacket donning and identify common errors.
Muster station direction task
Choose the right words and route to move guests from a lounge to their muster station.
Passenger needing assistance task
Decide how to help a mobility-limited guest reach the muster station without blocking the corridor.
Gangway flow task
Manage embarkation and disembarkation flow while keeping vulnerable passengers safe.
Emergency alarm response task
React to fire, flooding, medical and security scenarios while keeping passengers calm and informed.
More scenario tasks are added as the course library grows.
AI-proctored assessment
The final assessment is AI-proctored to protect the value of the certificate. Learners verify their identity, share their camera and screen, and complete a timed assessment under secure conditions.
The exam covers emergency communication, lifejacket demonstration, passenger movement, embarkation and disembarkation, assistance to passengers needing additional support, and mustering awareness.
Why proctoring matters
A passenger-safety certificate needs to mean something. The AI proctor checks that the right person sat the assessment, that they did not refer to notes or a second device, and that the attempt was completed fairly.
- Identity verification before the exam starts
- Camera and microphone check
- Screen recording and browser lockdown
- Suspicious behaviour flagged for review
Certificate of training
On passing all modules, tasks and the final assessment, learners receive a verifiable certificate of training.
Verified certificate
Issued digitally with a unique certificate number and verification link.
